About Move Now NL

A Moving Company Built on Clear Communication

Move Now NL is based in Oostzaan and moves people and businesses in and around Amsterdam, and across the rest of the Netherlands. We focus on clear pricing, straightforward communication and vans that fit Dutch streets.

Our Story

Why We Started Move Now

Moving in and around Amsterdam means dealing with narrow stairwells, old canal houses, tight parking, and schedules that do not leave much room for error. We saw too many people struggle with unclear pricing and movers who were hard to reach once a booking was made.

We built Move Now around two things: a fast, clear way to get an online price estimate, and a team that answers quickly on WhatsApp. Whether you are an expat moving into your first Amsterdam apartment, a family relocating within the Netherlands, or a business that needs an office moved over a weekend, we aim to treat your move the same way.

Why Choose Us

What You Can Expect From Move Now NL

Instant Online Estimate

Get an online price estimate from our calculator before you contact us, then a fixed price quote confirmed on WhatsApp based on the details you give us.

Amsterdam Stairs & Narrow Spaces

We regularly move in and out of narrow hallways, steep stairwells and tight city-centre doorways where larger movers struggle.

English & Dutch

Our team speaks fluent English and Dutch, so coordination is clear whether you are a local resident or an expat.

Open 24/7

We are reachable around the clock, and we usually reply within 20–30 minutes on WhatsApp or email.

Equipped for Full Homes and Single Items

From single-item and appliance transport to full house and office moves, we work with two padded vans built for Dutch city logistics: a VW Crafter L4H2 (17 m³) and a Ford Transit L3H2 (13 m³). For loads that do not fit comfortably in our vans, we will tell you honestly rather than overpromise.
